Great quality boxes and the design process is really good. HOWEVER they didn’t meet the promised delivery time, despite me paying extra for a rush job and then tried to assure me all was fine when I could see from the courier updates that the package hadn’t even been shipped when they said it had been. There has been no refund of any of the extra money I paid for the boxes to be delivered by a certain date, and their delay left me significantly out of pocket as I had to purchase a new set of plain boxes instead of using the customised ones I’d ordered for an event. It’s a shame as the rest of the process was good but I won’t be using them again because of their unreliability and poor customer service when things didn’t go to schedule.
