At The Custom Boxes UK, we take pride in producing custom printed packaging boxes that are exactly what you need. Each box is designed according to your given specifications. But if something’s not quite right, our expert team is always ready to fix it. Read on to learn how we handle returns and refunds.

Can I Return My Order?

We provide custom solutions, which is why we do not accept general returns. However, you can ask for a recovery if your order has:

  • A printing error.
  • A poor quality.
  • A design that doesn’t match your approved proof. 
  • Received damaged or broken. 

You may qualify for a free reprint, refund, or store credit after our team ensures your claim is authentic. 

What is Not Covered?

We don’t offer returns if:

  • The error is from the customer’s end, such as a mistake in the submitted artwork. 
  • The customers have given the wrong dimensions. 
  • You have opened, used, or changed the product.
  • There is no clear evidence of damage or defect.

How to Make a Claim

  1. You can email support@thecustomboxes.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery.

  3. Take the photos that show the issue clearly and share them with us. 
  4. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

If we find out that we are at fault, we will reprint or offer a refund.

We start production immediately after you approve the design. Thus, there is no option for cancellation after approval. And chargeback is not allowed.
